This vacancy is for a Community Manager position at Circle.Help. We are a RULIAD company building a platform where people and businesses can connect and help each other in a peer-to-peer way, disrupting the traditional inefficient charity model.

Desired Skills:

  • You've spent at least two years as a Community Manager or in a similar role.
  • You've built and nurtured online communities from the ground up. You understand their unique rhythms and dynamics.
  • You're familiar with various community-building strategies and tactics.

Key Skills:

  • You have exceptional communication skills to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and build genuine relationships.
  • You can cultivate strong relationships with key community members, including influencers and newcomers. 
  • You're a team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments.
  • You are fluent in English, allowing you to connect with a global audience and cater to diverse linguistic needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You'll be the voice of Circle.Help, representing our brand across various online platforms.
  • You'll develop and implement community-building strategies that foster engagement, growth, and loyalty.
  • You'll monitor online conversations and engage with community members in a timely and authentic manner.
  • You'll organize and host online and offline events that bring our community together.
  • You'll track key metrics and analyse data to measure the effectiveness of your efforts.
  • You'll work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall brand strategy.
